March 5, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 281-98 SUBJECT : SEC-Approval of Amendments to Articles of Incorporation PICOP Resources, Inc. (PCP) informed the Exchange in a letter dated February 20, 1998 that the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) approved PCP's Amended Articles of Incorporation, particularly the amendment to Article Seventh which reflects the following changes to effect the five (5) for one (1) stock split: Increase in the authorized capital stock from 1.2 billion shares to 6 billion shares Change in the par value from P5.00/share to P1.00/share The effectivity of the change in par value will be announced later pending further advice from PCP.
