December 22, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 2804-98 SUBJECT : Fourth Quarter Report In its meeting held on December 9, 1998, the Board of Governors approved a resolution removing the requirement for listed companies to submit fourth quarter reports (using SEC Form 11-Q) forty-five (45) days from end of said quarter. LexLib Pursuant to said resolution, listed companies with a fourth quarter ending subsequent to October 25, 1998 shall no longer be required to submit a fourth quarter financial report to the Exchange. Please be reminded, however, that listed companies are still required to submit their Annual Reports (using SEC Form 11-A) one-hundred five (105) days from end of their respective fiscal years.
