Ong Vice-President LISTING AND DISCLOSURE GROUP Gentlemen : The Board of Directors of Philippine Savings Bank in its regular meeting held on December 14, 1998 (i) accepted the resignation of Mr. Alfredo C. Antonio as director and chairman and (ii) elected Mr. Renato S. Valencia as director and chairman. Mr. Renato C. Valencia is 56 years old and graduated from the Philippine Military Academy in 1963 with a degree in Bachelor of Science in General Engineering and from the Asian Institute of Management in 1971 with a degree in Master of Business Management.
