November 4, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 2793-99 November 3, 1999 Philippine Stock Exchange PSE Center, Exchange Road Ortigas Center, Pasig City ATTENTION: Disclosure Department Listing and Disclosure Group Gentlemen: At the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Registrant held today, the Board authorized the acquisition of 5.0 million shares representing 20% of the issued and outstanding shares of Subic Telecommunications Company, Inc., which shares are owned by the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority.
