Jose Emilio B . Jamir Gentlemen : This is to disclose the following significant events in the RFM Group Companies: 1. RFM Corporation and its softdrinks subsidiary Cosmos Bottling Corporation, were recently selected by the Asian Wall Street Journal as among the top listed Asian companies that did best in giving value to their shareholders. RFM and Cosmos are the only Philippine food and beverage companies cited in the list. LibLex 2. Selecta Dairy Products, Inc., the ice cream and milk and juice subsidiary of FRM, has been "AA" rating by the Credit Information Bureau, Inc. (CIBI), in line with its application to issue a P500 million long term commercial paper. This rating confirms the financial and operating strength of Selecta, making it sound investment.
