("AGI") furnished the Exchange a copy of its SEC Form 34 C (Definitive Information Statement) in connection with its Special Stockholders' Meeting which will be held on November 16, 1999, at 9:00 a.m., at the Eastwood City Information Center (Showroom), Eastwood City, #188 Rodriguez, Jr. Avenue (C-5 Road) corner Eastwood Avenue, Bagumbayan, Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines. The agenda of the stockholders' meeting shall be as follows, to wit: 1. Proof of notice of meeting. 2. Determination of quorum. 3. Reading and approval of minutes of previous meeting. 4. New business - a) Approval of change of corporate name from Alliance Global, Inc. to ALLIANCE GLOBAL GROUP, INC. b) Approval of increase of authorized capital stock from P500 Million to P5.0 BILLION divided into 5.0 BILLION COMMON shares with a par value of P1.00 per share. 5. Adjournment.
