October 29, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 2790-99 SUBJECT : Central Azucarera de la Carlota Additional Listing The Exchange approved on October 13, 1999, the application submitted by CENTRAL AZUCARERA DE LA CARLOTA to list additional 30,000,000 Class "A" common shares , with a par value of P1.00 per share , to cover the private placement of Central Azucarera Don Pedro at a subscription price of P5.00 per share. In view thereof, the listing of the 30,000,000 Class "A" common shares is set for Thursday, November 4, 1999 .
