Invoking the provision of Section 1, Article II of the Amended By-Laws of the Bank, the members of the Board comprising the majority, in its regular Board Meeting today, 28 October 1999, accepted the resignation of Mr. Henrichen and nominated MR . RICHARD CLAUDET as ADB representative to the Asiatrust Bank Board of Directors to fill up one (1) seat in the Board and to serve as Director for the remaining term.
