Castrillo, Jr. as President of Atlas Consolidate Mining and Development Corporation effective October 27, 1999 and the appointment of Mr. Fernando S. Verde as President and Director. Mr. Verde, a Metallurgist, has been with Atlas for over 37 years and has wide experience in mining operations and mine management. Mr. Castrillo will remain as Director and Consultant of Atlas. Aside from Mr. Verde's appointment as director, Mr. Ricardo Quintos was also appointed member of the Atlas Board. Of the eleven board seats, Mr. Quintos' appointment brings to five members nominated by Minoro Mining & Exploration Corp. to the Atlas Board.
