Consunji as Director and, in his place, has appointed Mr. Amador C. Bacani as Director to serve as such during the unexpired term. Mr. Geoffrey J. Whalan will today cease to serve the corporation as its Vice-President Operation, it being the last day of his Contract with our Corporation. aisadc Please be guided accordingly.
