February 7, 2000 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 277-00 SUBJECT : Queenbee Resources Corporation Further to Circular for Brokers No. 262-2000 dated February 4, 2000 Queenbee Resources Corporation ("JFCW") furnished the Exchange a copy of its SEC Form 34-C (Definitive Information Statement), including its financial statements for the nine months ended September 30, 1999, in connection with its Special Warrantholders' Meeting which will be held on February 28, 2000, at 11:00 a.m., at the Kalayaan Hall, Club Filipino, Greenhills, San Juan, Metro Manila. As previously announced, warrantholders of record as of January 26, 2000 are entitled to notice of, and to vote at, said meeting. A copy of JFCW's Definitive Information Statement, together with its financial statements for the nine months ended September 30, 1999, is available for reference at the PSE Centre and PSE-Plaza Libraries.
