February 15, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 276-99 SUBJECT : Centennial City . Inc . Further to Circular For Brokers No. 191-99 dated February 2, 1999 pertaining to Centennial City, lnc.'s ("CITY") non-compliance with the structured reportorial requirements of the Exchange, please be informed that CITY has already submitted its SEC Form 11-A for the fiscal year ended June 30, 1998 and paid all the fines with the Exchange on February 12, 1998 for non-submission of said report.
