February 7, 2000 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 276-00 Further to Circular for Brokers no. 261-2000 dated February 4, 2000, Jollibee Foods Corporation ("JFC") furnished the Exchange a copy of its SEC Form 34-C (Definitive Information Statement), including its 1998 Financial Statements, in connection with its Special Stockholders' Meeting which will be held on February 28, 2000, at 9:00 a.m., at the Kalayaan Hall, Club Filipino, Greenhills, San Juan, Metro Manila. As previously announced, stockholders of record as of January 26, 2000 are entitled to notice of and to vote at said meeting. A copy of JFC's Definitive Information Statement, together with its 1998 Financial Statements, is available for reference at the PSE Centre and PSE-Plaza Libraries. For your information. (SGD.)
