Building, EDSA Mandaluyong City Philippine Stock Exchange Disclosure Department Listings and Disclosure Group 4/F PSE Center, Exchange Road Ortigas Center, Pasig City Gentlemen : This is further to our disclosure to the Securities & Exchange Commission and the Philippine Stock Exchange dated 10 December 1998 relative to the declaration of P0.03 cash dividend for the second semester ending 31 December 1998, in which the payment date of February 7, 1999 which is a Sunday, was inadvertently stated.
