This is with reference to Circular for Brokers No. 2708-99 dated October 22, 1999 pertaining to the change in the company's stock trading symbol to "MALL" following its change in corporate name to METRO ALLIANCE HOLDINGS & EQUITIES CORP. Please be informed that the change in the company's stock trading symbol to "MALL" will not be reflected in the Exchange's computer system (electronic board and ticker) and its current stock trading symbol "MAR" will remain unchanged pending further advice from the company of a three-letter symbol.
