(the "Corporation") held on 27 January 2000, the board, unanimously approved a resolution postponing the date of annual stockholders' meeting of the Corporation for this year from the last Friday of April, which falls on 28 April 2000, to 05 May 2000 at 1:00 p.m. at Cebu Plaza, Nivel Hills, Lahug, Cebu City.
