October 26, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 2739-99 SUBJECT : Asiatrust Development Bank, Inc . Further to Circular for Brokers No. 1948-99 dated August 5, 1999, Asiatrust Development Bank, Inc. ("ASIA") furnished the Exchange a copy of its SEC Form 34-C (Definitive Information Statement) in connection with its Annual Stockholders' Meeting which will be held on November 19, 1999 , at 2:00 p.m. at the Skytop, Hotel Intercontinental Manila, Makati City. As previously announced, stockholders of record as of September 21, 1999 are entitled to notice of, and to vote at, said meeting.
