October 26, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 2738-99 SUBJECT : Prudential Bank Additional Listing The Exchange approved on October 7, 1999 the listing application of PRUDENTIAL BANK to list a dditional 1,437,500 common shares, with par value of P100.00 per share , to cover the 39.33047% stock, dividend declaration to stockholders of record as of August 28, 1999 . In view thereof, the listing of 1,437,500 common shares is set for Thursday, October 28, 1999 .
