Panganiban as Trustee of Far Eastern University be, as the same is hereby accepted, effective December 9, 1998. RESOLVED, FURTHER, That Dean Elizabeth P. Melchor be, as she is hereby appointed Trustee to fill the vacancy and to serve for the unexpired term of the above-mentioned resigned Trustee. Thank you.
