This was done to reduce the future obligations of the Corporation from the convertible preferred shares offering as stated in its Board Resolution of January 27, 1998. An additional 6,000 preferred shares were also purchased today by the Company's wholly owned subsidiary D.M. Consunji, Inc. at the same price quoted above.
