Garcia Officer-in-Charge Gentlemen: This is to inform you that at its regular meeting held on 25 October 1999, the Board of Directors of Far East Bank and Trust Co. has elected Messrs. Sabino Padilla, Jr., Gerardo Ablaza, Jr. and Francisco Licuanan III as members of the Board of Directors of the Bank, effective 25 October 1999, vice Messrs. Henry L. Go and James L. Go and Ms. Robina Gokongwei-Pe, who resigned, effective 25 October 1999.
