Re-elected the following as Directors of the Corporation: Mr. Michael Burton; Mr. Ceferino L. Follosco; Mr. Bart A. M. van Hedel; Mr. Vicente I. Singian, Jr.; Mr. Jimmy S. Soo; Mr. Stefan J. Stas; and Mr. Eduardo M. Villanueva. 2. Re-appointed Joaquin Cunanan & Co. (Price Waterhouse) as the external auditors of the Corporation for 1998.
