Management's requests relative to PCIBank Representative Offices: a. Closure of Xiamen Representative Office effective February 1999. aisadc b. Closure of Bangkok Representative Office as soon as the lease contract is unwound and the car has been sold. Target date: June 1999. c. Continue to secure representative office license in Hongkong and eventually upgrade it to a DTC. d. Upgrade Taipei Representative Office into a full branch. 2.
