Grace De Guia Disclosure Department Gentlemen: Please be advised that Asian Terminals, Inc (ATI) and International Container Terminal Services, Inc (ICTSI) have completed the acquisition of seventy one and four-tenths percent (71.4%) of the issued and outstanding capital stock equivalent to 8.217 shares, of South Cotabato Integrated Port Services. Inc (SCIPSI) on a fifty-fifty (50%-50%) basis. SCIPSI is currently the cargo handling operator at the Makar Wharf in the Port of General Santos City General Santos City. LexLib Thank you.
