October 22, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 2714-99 PHILIPPINE STOCK EXCHANGE, INC. PSE Center, Exchange Road, Ortigas Center Pasig City Attention: Ms . Grace B . De Guia Assistant Manager, Disclosure Department Gentlemen: The Regional Trial Court of Angeles City, in an order dated October 19, 1999, enjoined the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR") and all other parties, except Mondragon, from running and/or managing the Mimosa Regency Casino or conducting any casino operations within the premises leased by Mondragon from Clark Development Corporation("CDC") The Court further enjoined PAGCOR from allowing, authorizing and/or issuing a license to any other party to operate and/or manage the Mimosa Regency Casino and/or conduct any casino operations within the said premises. The Court further ordered CDC and/or its President and CEO, Mr. Rufo Colayco, and PAGCOR to leave the Casino premises and for CDC and Mr. Colayco to effect the entry of Mondragon, its officers and employees, into the Casino premises to resume normal operations immediately.
