Almadro Vice-President Compliance and Surveillance Group Gentlemen : In accordance with the disclosure requirements of the Exchange, please be informed that at the meeting of the Board of Directors at 5:00 p.m. today, the Board unanimously approved to amend MJCI's Articles of Incorporation to include as one of the purposes of the Corporation the business "to develop real estate properties into mix-use real estate development projects including but not limited to leisure, recreational and memorial parks; operate, manage and/or sell the real estate development projects." A special stockholders meeting shall be called so that the proposed amendment can be considered by the stockholders.
