Almadro Vice President Compliance & Surveillance Group Gentlemen : In accordance with the disclosure requests of the exchange, please be informed that at the Meeting of the Board of Directors of Philippine Racing Club, Inc., held on December 2, 1998, after office hours, the following matters were approved by the Board: 1. The Board has approved the acceptance of the proposal of AWA to provide, supply and operate a tote system for the racing operations of PRCI. The Board has likewise authorized its President John Anthony B. Espiritu to sign and execute in its behalf, any and all instruments necessary to formalize this acceptance.
