Inc. (the "Corporation") has resolved and acted upon the following matters in a special meeting held this afternoon: 1. identified CICI General Insurance Corporation, a newly registered and licensed non-life insurance company, as the assignee of the Corporation's insurance business and related assets; and 2. accepted the offer of CICI General Insurance Corporation to acquire the insurance business of the Corporation for One Hundred Million Pesos (P100,000,000.00).
