Ong Vice-President Listing And Disclosure Group Gentlemen : The Board of Directors of Philippine Savings in its regular meeting held on November 27, 1998 (i) accepted the resignation of Mr. Francisco C. Sebastian as director and (ii) elected Mr. Alfredo C. Antonio as Director and Chairman of the Board replacing Mr. Francisco C. Sebastian who resigned as director. Atty. Adelita A. Vergel de Dios, President and Director, previously acted as Acting Chairman. aisadc Mr. Alfredo C. Antonio is 53 year old, married with four children. He finished his Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from Ateneo de Manila University in April, 1967. He earned his Master in Business Administration from Bernard M.
