March 3, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 268-98 SUBJECT : Asian Terminals, Incorporated Supplemental Contract with the Philippine Ports Authority Asian Terminals, Inc. ("ATI") informed the Exchange in a letter dated March 2, 1998 that it has executed a Supplemental Contract with the Philippine Ports Authority (PPA) extending the term of ATI's original Contract for Cargo Handling Services until May 18, 2013, renewable for another twenty five (25) years.
