October 19, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 2678-99 SUBJECT : Waterfront Philippines, Incorporated Transfer from Second Board to the First Board The Exchange approved on February 10, 1999 the application of WATERFRONT PHILIPPINES, INCORPORATED (the "Company") to transfer its listing from the Second Board to the First Board .
