October 19, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 2674-99 SUBJECT : Baguio Gold Holdings Corporation Baguio Gold Holdings Corporation ("B") informed the Exchange that Mr. Ruben O. Purisima resigned as member of the Board of Directors of the company effective October 15, 1999.
