Ong Vice President, Listings & Disclosure Group Gentlemen/Mesdames : Pursuant to SEC and PSE's disclosure requirements, we are reporting to your good office that Petron Corporation and Bataan Refiners Union of the Philippines (BRUP) has signed a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) covering the period May 1, 1998 to April 30, 2001. Under the CBA the company is committed to grant a salary increase of 10% for the 1st year 12% for the 2nd year, 13% for the 3rd year and an increase of meal allowance for overtime work.
