Said dividend is a portion of the 50% dividends declared by the Board of Directors on August 2, 1999 and ratified by the stockholders owning and/or representing at least 2/3 of the outstanding capital stock of the Corporation in a Special Stockholders Meeting held on August 30. 1999.
