Changes in Securities The Securities and Exchange Commission approved the following amendments to the Articles of Incorporation of the Registrant: (1) increase in authorized capital stock from P8,200,000,000.00 to P10,200,000,000.00 divided into 6,200,000,000 common shares and 4,000,000,000 preferred shares; (2) changes in the terms of the preferred shares.
