Release of Lock-Up EXECUTIVE SUMMARY Please be informed that the Exchange has authorized the release of 248,100,000 common shares of ALLIANCE GLOBAL, INC . (" the Company ") held in escrow effective October 16, 1999, pursuant to the lock -up provision under Section 17, Article VI, Book III - Listings & Disclosure Rules.
