November 25, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 2648-98 20 November 1998 SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION EDSA, Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila Attention: Money Market Operations Department RE : Disclosure dated 29 October 1998 Gentlemen : Further to our Disclosure date 29 October 1998 regarding the election of the Board of Directors at the annual meeting held on 29 October 1998, and as noted by your Ms. Ophel Datiles, Messrs. Carlo Ll. Mayuga and Michael Mark Michalko are first-time directors of Prime Gaming Philippines, Inc. (the Corporation). Messrs. Mayuga and Michalko were nominated on the floor during the annual meeting. Their nomination during the meeting could not be anticipated. The Corporation did not solicit proxies or nominees and no stockholder engaged in any proxy solicitation. Under these circumstances their nomination could not be anticipated.
