Manager, Disclosure Department Gentlemen: In reply to your letter of even date regarding the news article published in the October 15, 1999 issue of the Malaya entitled, "Metrobank buys P2B FEBTC shares", we wish to clarify that the shares were not sold to Metrobank as an institution.
