Philippine Stock Exchange Center Tektite Tower, Exchange Road Ortigas Center, Pasig City Dear Mr. Yulo: Please be informed that the Commission in its meeting this morning resolved to suspend, effective tomorrow (15 October 1999), all block sale transactions at the Exchange until an acceptable Rule relative thereto shall have been adopted and approved by the Commission.
