Please be advised that we have not formed or organized any consortium to undertake the development of North Harbor. While several parties, including Asian Terminals, Inc., initially also including United Dockhandlers, Inc. (UDI), have signed interest in forming a consortium to undertake this project, no formal organization consortium or company has been established. Trusting that we have clarified this matter. Rest assured that we shall undertake a full, accurate and immediate disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange and to the Securities and Exchange Commission if and when a consortium to undertake the development of North Harbor shall have been organized.
