We wish to inform you that no consortium has been formed or organized to undertake the development of North Harbor. Although several parties, including International Container Terminal Services, Inc. (initially also including United Dockhandlers Inc.), have signified interest in informing a consortium to undertake this project, no formal organization, consortium or company has been established.
