Ong Listing and Disclosure Group Gentlemen : We disclose that at the meeting of the Board of Directors at 12:00 p. m. on 19 November 1998, at which a quorum was present and acting throughout the Board of Directors of Mariwasa Manufacturing Corporation (the ""Corporation") decided to postpone the Special Stockholders' Meeting scheduled at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, 16 December 1998 Instead, the Board of Directors of the Corporation decided to re-schedule the Stockholders' Meeting to 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, 17 December 1998 at the Mariwasa Compound, Ortigas Avenue Extension, Barrio Rosario, Pasig City, Metro Manila.
