Exchange Center Ortigas Center, Pasig City Fax no. 636-0809 Attention: Disclosure Department Gentlemen: This is to inform the Exchange that Pacific Cement Company, incorporated has reached preliminary agreement on the terms and conditions for the supply of crushed limestone to Philnico Processing Corporation. The agreement calls for the supply of up to 600,000 MT of crushed limestone per year starting year 2002 when Philnico operates its nickel refinery project.
