November 19, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 2623-98 SUBJECT : Metro Pacific Corporation Additional Listing The Exchange approved on September 9, 1998, the application of METRO PACIFIC CORPORATION to list additional 1,413,125,000 common shares , with a par value of P1 . 00 per share , to cover the underlying shares of 12,500,000 converted Series "1" preferred shares , held by Metro Pacific Resources, Inc ., at the conversion ratio of 113.05 common shares for every 1 Series "1" preferred share held.
