November 19, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 2618-98 SUBJECT : Araneta Properties, Inc . As of date hereof, Araneta Properties, Inc. ("ARA") is not in compliance with the structured reportorial requirements of the Exchange for failure to pay the basic fine in connection with its late submission of SEC Form 11-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 1998. The Exchange, upon recommendation of the Listing Committee and approval by the Board of Governors, shall consider implementing a trading halt on the shares of "ARA" on November 26, 1998 pending compliance with the structured reportorial requirements of the Exchange.
