President and CEO Engineering and Services Division The Company has organized a Technical Services Division that offers engineering, technical and construction expertise to other companies. It will tap within its organization a pool of skilled manpower, equipment and a wealth of engineering, construction and technical expertise in mining and related fields. Projects that the Technical Services Division of the Company is capable of undertaking are big volume earthworks/rocks excavation road and bridge construction, earth dams, water systems. and tunnel driving/lining, among others. Likewise. the Company will open up its present/existing drilling and reforestation departments to cater to the outside market. Bulk Water Supply The Company is developing a formal entry into the bulk water supply and distribution business in the Benguet Province, in particular for the municipality of Itogon on and Baguio City. Impact on BC's current or future operations, financial position or results of operations Once the abovestated projects push through, these will contribute to the improvement of the future operations and financial position of the Company.
