November 17, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 2604-98 SUBJECT : Philippine Telegraph and Telephone Corporation Further to Circular For Brokers No. 2568-98 dated November 10, 1998 pertaining to Philippine Telegraph and Telephone Corporation's ("PTT") non-compliance with the structured reportorial requirements of the Exchange, please be informed that PTT has already submitted its SEC Form 11-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 1998 and paid all the fines with the Exchange as of November 16, 1998, for late submission of its SEC Form 11-Q for the quarters ended March 31, 1998 and June 30, 1998.
