November 17, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 2600-98 SUBJECT : Nasipit Lumber Company, Inc . As of date hereof, Nasipit Lumber Company, Inc. ("NAS") is not in compliance with the structured reportorial requirements of the Exchange for failure to pay the basic and daily fines in connection with its late submission of SEC Form 11-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 1998. The Exchange, upon recommendation of the Listing Committee and approval by the Board of Governors, will implement a trading halt on the shares of "NAS" effective November 17, 1998 until compliance with the structured reportorial requirements of the Exchange.
