(ALI) and Fern Realty Corporation (FERN) signed today an agreement relating to the joint development of certain parcels of land which is owned by FERN which shall constitute Phase II of Ferndale Homes, a residential cluster-type subdivision, located in Quezon, City. The parcels constituting Phase II of Ferndale Homes are adjacent to the completely developed Phase I of Ferndale Homes, almost all of the developed lots of which have been sold out.
