("SMPI", formerly Monterey Farms Corporation) to list additional 110,054,614 common shares , with a par value of P10 . 00 per share , to cover the merger through share-for-share swap between Monterey Farms Corporation and San Miguel Properties Philippines, Inc ., at a swap price of P182 . 4821266 per share . In view thereof, the listing of the 110,054,614 common shares is set for Wednesday, October 13,1999 .
